Q: How is my score determined in Herokind Adventure?

A: Your score in Herokind Adventure is determined by how well your Humankind's traits align with the specific themes of each event, and how they perform in wrestling challenges.

For inactive scoring (event-based), the alignment between your Humankind's traits and the prevalent conditions or challenges of the land determines your score. A better match with the weather conditions or land-specific challenges boosts your score.

For active scoring (wrestle), the outcome of your battles against monsters plays a pivotal role. Each Humankind character has a unique set of attacks based on their traits. During these battles, the objective is to reduce the opponent's health points. If you win, you will gain XP equal to your remaining health points. In case of defeat, you’ll lose points equal to your opponent's XP remaining health points plus an additional penalty of 100xp. The more efficient your Humankind is in battle utilizing their unique traits effectively, the higher your chance of winning is.

Q: How do we see our XP?

You can check your Herokind's XP (Experience Points) on our web app or via the Discord bot command. One way to do it is going to each land and seeing your kinds there.

Or, go to your Profile page, and there you will see them all! The score next to the sword is your XP, and the number next to the star is your rank.

Q: Does XP replenish daily?

XP does not replenish daily. It goes on an on.

Q: Can I wrestle twice?

A: Yes, you can wrestle again, but not with the same Humankind token. Each token can only participate once in a wrestling event per event cycle. If you wish to wrestle again during the same cycle, you'd need to use a different token.

Q: What are the strengths/powers/themes my Humankind can have?

A: Strengths (or themes) in Herokind Adventure categorize different types of challenges and events, such as Fireproofness, Cold Tolerance, and Battle. Each Humankind (HK) possesses specific traits that align with these themes. These traits determine how well an HK performs in a particular event. For example, an HK with a high Fireproofness trait would perform better in fire-related challenges.

The full list of strengths is:

  1. Fireproofness: The Fireproofness theme focuses on challenges that involve fire and heat. HKs with high Fireproofness traits have an advantage in such events as they can withstand flames and extreme temperatures. -
  2. Cold Tolerance: The Cold Tolerance theme revolves around challenges in icy and freezing conditions. HKs with a high level of Cold Tolerance can endure low temperatures and navigate icy environments. -
  3. Waterproof: The Waterproof theme encompasses challenges related to water, such as swimming, diving, or surviving in aquatic environments. HKs with a strong Waterproof trait excel in these events.
